PANERA BREAD CAFES – Multiple Locations
Prior Circumstances: Bread of Life, the Panera Bread franchisee for Michigan and Northern Indiana, desired to expand its presence there with new locations, as well as to add drive-through operations to its existing locations.
Solution: To initiate development of new ground-up retail centers, renovate interior spaces into cafes and provide drive-through retrofits at existing cafes.
