As the leading OEM supplier of specialty needles for the health care industry, Hart Enterprises outgrew its previous corporate headquarters.
Solution
Construct and relocate to a highly contemporary 37,000 sq.ft. building on a vacant 19 acre parcel. Its overall shape is composed of two interlocking triangles. One contains the corporate offices, while the other accommodates manufacturing, clean rooms and warehousing. These triangles are sheathed in reflective glass and metal and feature needle-like towers at their corners. This building is also master planned to accommodate a future addition.
